This Mollie Parnis Boutique for Herbert Emmanuel gown dates to the very early 1970s. The top is black chiffon and the paisley skirt is quilted with gold sequins throughout. The dress features balloon sleeves, a ruffle collar and a pocket on each side. Each cuff has a snap. It does up the back with a hidden Lightning zipper. Overall, it's in excellent condition, though the seams are slightly stressed in the armpits, the sequins have some patina, and a couple of sequins are broken.
