This 1980s Norma Kamali light jacket and tote bag set was made in the USA of black silk (possibly a rayon blend) with a floral print designed to look like the embroidery on Art Deco-era piano shawls.
The jacket is unlined and fastens in the front with three snaps. It appears that it was originally designed as an open style but the previous owner added the snaps. It comes with a matching oversized tote bag measuring 16" x 22.5". It has a grosgrain lining, interior zipper pocket, and velvet down the side. It fastens with a button at the top, and has 46" straps.
The jacket is in excellent condition but the bag does show some signs of use. The silk around the top of the frame has faded and worn through in a couple of areas. There are also two pinholes in the silk and wear to the straps in a couple of areas. We have adjusted the price to reflect these imperfections.
