This 1980s André Laug high-waisted pencil skirt is hand-finished couture. It's made of black wool with a black rayon velvet top and a silk lining. The style is faux-wrap with two decorative buttons. It does up the back with a metal Riri zipper and two hook-and-eyes at the waistband. It's in excellent condition, has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
