We believe this 1990s Gucci silk pantsuit was designed in 1992 by Tom Ford while he was head of womenswear, before becoming creative director in 1994. It was made in Italy of flowy dark purple silk with matte gold "GG" signed buttons and cuff links.
The collared oversized blouse has French cuffs and a breast pocket. It fastens with three buttons in the front. The high-waisted trousers have a pleat down each leg and pocket on each side. They fasten with a zipper and button on the left side. Both pieces are in excellent condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
