This 1997 S/S Betsey Johnson sleeveless mini shift dress was made in the USA of sheer light beige synthetic organdy with satin bows sewn throughout. A version of the dress was featured on that season's runway (see embedded video.) It comes with the original polyester jersey slip. It's in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
