This 1970s Ted Lapidus Tricots dress was made in France of striped navy and white acrylic knit with an anchor design around the top. It has a 5.5" slit up each side. It slips over the wearer's head, while the straps fasten at the back with white plastic anchor buttons. It's missing its original belt but otherwise is in very good condition, clean and ready to wear.
