2003 Cream Silk Pleated Plunge Neck Dress

This 2003 Chloé by Phoebe Philo dress was made in France of unlined cream silk  with a taupe cotton mesh trim. It features pleating at the top, ruffle cuffs, and inverted pleats on the skirt. The low neckline fastens with a button. It zips up the left side.

Overall, it's in very good condition. There are light marks on the back of the skirt that are hidden by the pleats during wear. It has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
