1910s Edwardian Cream Lace Fringe Tassel Jacket
An Edwardian cream filet lace jacket dating from the 1910s. Made with durable cotton, but very finely and delicately woven into different patterns throughout. The simple concept with the incredible fine quality stitchwork make this a piece that can be easily integrated into a contemporary wardrobe. Appliqué lace flowers appear throughout, overlaid on the varied floral and diamond shapes, and diagonal and zig-zag patterns. Some sections are tightly woven and some more delicate. With fringe sleeves and long slits on the sides, and no closures.
