This Teresa Colomé Barcelona collared coat dates to the late-1950s/early-1960s. It is an extreme high quality piece, made from green wool in a design similar to Balenciaga's work from the same era. It has a black rayon lining, a zipper on each side, and five large round buttons fastening the front. It's in overall excellent condition; the buttons have green metallic paint on them which could be part of the design. It has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
