This 1985 S/S Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche color-block evening gown features a built-in blue silk sash that wraps arounds the hips and hooks in at the left side, draping down the front. The one-shoulder hot pink silk top has ruching at the shoulder and is unlined. The skirt is black rayon crepe. The dress was made in France and fastens up the left side with a metal zipper.
Overall, it's in very good condition. There is a small amount of discoloration around the hemline that is only noticeable under close inspection. It has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
