1980s Black Velvet Soutache Puff Sleeve Dress

This 1980s Lanvin Boutique V-neck dress was made in France of black cotton velvet (possibly a blend). Features include soutache detailing at the waist, a 6" long tassel, a pocket on each side, and short puff sleeves with a decorative button on each cuff. The skirt is lined and the top is unlined. The dress zips up the back. It's in very good condition, professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear.
